Please note returns are only accepted if a sample is purchased and tested for compatiblity prior to your initial purchase due to a defective item. Return must be received within 30 days of a customer receiving a defective item and only the cost of the items will be refunded if the return is approved. Returns will not be accepted unless approved with pictures provided prior to sending items. We are not a carrier and only hire a carrier on a customers behalf so we will not be held accountable for carrier delivery times or damages incurred during the shipment. We will assist in filing a claim and only process a refund after the damage claim is completed.
