Order Status

  We are a very fair and honest wholesale business. We have recently had to make some changes because smaller orders are not profitable on our margins. Please note that most that run our margins have pallet minimums. We appreciate your business and understanding.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If an order has not shipped we will do our best to accommodate you. Making a change to your order will likely delay the order one business day. We charge $2 to make a change to an order under $100(items only).
How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance
My order has missing or damaged items.
  Please e-mail Bottles and More, Ltd. using [email protected] within (5) business days of receipt of the delivery. Any damage on a pallet must be notated on the BOL, signed off by the delivery driver and pictures sent from the day of delivery and reported in writing within (5) business days. If it is a small package shipping issue, Ups will want to see pictures of the packaging supplies. Although we usually have only one damage claim per year from 2003 through present, glass items can be damaged in transit so we no longer ship cases of glass bottles other than on a pallet. It is also best to ship all glass and aluminum items on pallets. All items damaged shipped other than on a pallet will only receive credit for the item(s) broken or damaged if there are 25 or less broken items. Bottles and More, Ltd. will only be responsible for Ups Ground Shipping to replace any damaged or missing item.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
